Anne Paradis, Chief Executive Officer
As MicroTek’s CEO, Anne Paradis oversees a staff of 120 and an $8 million operating budget while maintaining aggressive company growth and strict quality standards. Before joining MicroTek in 1987, Anne was a director at New England Business Associates and also worked as an independent management and training consultant to service organizations. She received a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Westfield State College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. Anne is a board member of Baystate Health Systems, past president and currently on the board of the Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts, and is active with the Human Rights Campaign. “We’re not a typical electronics manufacturer. W. Boyd Leslie, Vice President of Sales
Boyd Leslie is MicroTek’s Vice President of Sales, and oversees a sales engineer and sales associate responsible for creating and building relationships with a diverse client base. Boyd is both knowledgeable and resourceful, with a range of professional experience as an electrical engineer, business owner, corporate manager and sales director. Before joining MicroTek in 1995, he owned and ran Connective Technologies. “MicroTek’s sales department strives for excellence in service and responsiveness. Philip D’Entremont, Senior Sales Engineer
As MicroTek’s Senior Sales Engineer, Phil draws on more than 20 years of sales experience and product knowledge to provide customers with design support and innovative solutions. Prior to joining MicroTek, he worked for eight years as an Account Manager for CCA-Wesco, an electrical distributor that specialized in Automation products and Value Added solutions. “MicroTek is completely committed to our customer’s success in terms of quality, cost containment and on-time delivery. Paul Martin, Director of Manufacturing and Quality
Paul is the Director of Manufacturing and Quality, and oversees all Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Inventory Control. With responsibilities for materials and product from start to finish, Paul and his team ensure that the customers get their products on time and at the lowest possible cost. Paul has an extensive background in manufacturing management with 25+ years of direct wire and cable experience. Lynda Green, Quality Assurance Manager
Lynda Green brings more than 25 years of manufacturing, electronics and quality assurance experience to her role at MicroTek. She oversees all electrical testing and inspection, works with production teams on in-process quality, and is the key liaison to customers on any quality issues that might arise. Deeply committed to the principles of continual improvement and lean manufacturing, Lynda is responsible for leading our efforts in these areas and for managing and maintaining MicroTek’s quality system. “MicroTek has created a unique environment that allows us to grow individually and as a team. Jennifer A. Jaszek, Business Manager
A native of Western Massachusetts, Business Manager Jennifer Jaszek has more than 20 years of experience in the field. At MicroTek, she oversees all accounting functions, office management and human resource responsibilities. Jen has studied accounting, business management and computer information systems at Westfield State and Holyoke Community College. “At MicroTek, we take our responsibility to our customers very seriously. Cynthia Piechota, Program Director
As MicroTek’s Program Director since 1987, Cynthia Piechota is responsible for the support and training of a diverse group of employees, including those with developmental and physical disabilities. Cynthia received a bachelor’s degree from Boston Conservatory of Music, and a teaching certificate from Emmanuel College. A former music teacher, Cynthia worked to integrate students with developmental disabilities into traditional classroom settings, and carried this spirit of inclusion with her to MicroTek. “It has been rewarding to see employees learn new skills, develop relationships and be part of a company that values all of its workforce.” [top] |
Robin Leslie, Purchasing Manager
Robin Leslie joined MicroTek in 2000 as Purchasing Assistant, and was promoted to Manager in 2003. In this role, Robin works closely with the Inventory Manager to control stock levels and flow, and with the Production Manager when it comes to materials delivery and tooling needs. Her educational background includes several courses on management, teambuilding and vendor negotiations. “I work closely with MicroTek’s vendors to keep material costs down and safety stock of inventory available at suppliers, which translates into customer savings and speedy turnarounds.” [top] |
Alyson Reis, Inventory Manager
Alyson Reis has 15 years of experience in logistics and inventory control and has brought that knowledge to her role as Inventory Manager for MicroTek. She is responsible for all inventory processing and control, as well as tracking materials through production. Alyson works closely with purchasing and production to make sure we have the right material when we need it. “We have an extensive inventory to support our customers’ needs. It takes strict controls and attention to detail to maintain it, and our inventory team is dedicated to doing the job right. That’s easy to do when you work for a company that genuinely cares about its employees."” [top] |
Jennifer Parker Williams, Human Resource Manager
Jennifer Parker Williams joined the MicroTek team as the Human Resource Manager in 2011. She brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources to her role with MicroTek. Jennifer is PHR certified and serves on the Board of Directors for the Human Resource Management Association of Western New England. She is also an active participant in a number of human-resource-related roundtables and discussion groups. “I am proud to be part of an organization that not only is successful at producing a quality product, but is genuinely concerned about the welfare of its employees and their families."” [top] |
